About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on reportbro.com about its users and what we do with that information.

The purpose of the data processing is to ensure the retrievability of information and to provide communication channels for servicing customers.

ReportBro is a platform- and browser independent reporting tool to generate pixel-perfect PDF documents. Our legitimate interests in data processing include the operational safety and data security of our services and the distribution of information.

What data we collect

When you visit this website

Our web server collects data whenever this website is accessed and stores them in so-called server access log files. The collected information includes IP address, requested page or file, used operating system, used browser and the time and date of the visit. Our web server only stores anonymized IP addresses of visitors to the website. The creation of a personal reference is not possible.

When you contact us via email or phone

Your personal data will be stored for the purposes of processing your inquiry.

When you register for a ReportBro Cloud account

Your email address

When you buy a commercial ReportBro license or subscribe to ReportBro Cloud service

Company name, contact name, billing address, and email address. VAT number in case your company's residence is in an EU Member State other than Austria. The last four digits and expiry date of your credit card may be sent to us by our payment providers. This information is necessary to provide you with a valid license or cloud service under our contract with you. No full credit card information is ever sent to us or our servers.

Where we store collected data and to whom we make it available

All obtained personal information is stored within the EU and is not transferred to any third countries. It will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent.

For processing payments, we share (and securely transfer) the following minimal required data with our payment provider Stripe:
- Your email address
- License type
- Amount to pay
- VAT rate and amount

Cookies

A cookie consists of information sent by a web server to a web browser, and is stored by the browser. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser. Cookies do not necessarily identify you but may contain a unique identifier.
